What Is MAX?

THIS PROGRAM IS A WORLDWIDE PROMOTIONAL TOUR EMBARKED ON TO HELP PEOPLE WHO NEED HELP TO PAY BILLS, DEBTS, MORTGAGE, BUY OR REPAIR HOME, PAY STUDENT LOANS, DISABLES AND TO DEVELOP MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE COMMUNITIES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH USPS, FEDEX, DHL & UPS.

Every two years, we convene The commonwealth Perople's Forum: the largest gathering of civil society in the commonwealth.
